According to research by Aluda, W., Njoroge, K., and Mapesa, J. (2025), adolescent girls in Kajiado County face high rates of unintended pregnancies and STIs, underscoring the urgent need for effective sexual health education. Cultural barriers further restrict access to adolescent sexual and reproductive health (ASRH) services, leaving many girls unaware of available resources.
To address these challenges, the Foundation collaborates with the Department of Children Services, community leaders, security agencies and likeminded partners to support reconciliation and reintegration of girls back into their communities.
